I've done Kegel exercises half heartedly now and then over the years but just this last week finally put a lot into them and being consistent. I've noticed a bit of soreness not pain just like over fatigued muscles down there, and I was wondering a few things 1. Can you overdo Kegel exercises? Cause an injury? What can happen if you do too much or too hard? Or can I do them incorrectly?2. Since I am exercising a muscle, won't this muscle enlarge like biceps would ? If it does, will this enlargement have any effect on other things down there, like my bladder and so on?3. Since I can't " see" the muscles develop, how soon can I expect to experience beneficial results from this, and what would they be, exactly?4. Just how " strong" can this PC muscle get? Is there an equivalent like saying you can bench press 500 pounds now, after so much exercise your PC can do... what, exactly? Since I am not lifting any weights, and I guess this is technically an isometric exercise, what sort of upper strength, endurance and bulk can I expect? Or, if I don't want bulk, how do I make sure I get the strength and endurance?Despite doing this for a week oh, and taking zinc, too I have not noticed any results, EXCEPT that on the third night after doing them I was surprised by my first wet dream in over 10 years. I am wondering if the Kegels caused this or if it was a coincidence. Has that ever been a reported side effect? If so, it was a pleasant surprise.
