Developed by Biofeedback Therapist Jennifer Stephens, M.A.
"Jennifer Stephens first approached me about her interest in the treatment of urinary incontinence in 1992...When Jennifer described newer bladder control exercises which seemingly offered a “risk-free” alternative to surgery, I was very interested if slightly skeptical. At that time, there were only a few studies which discussed “pelvic floor rehabilitation” via biofeedback techniques. Jennifer’s experience with biofeedback and her excitement over its use to improve pelvic floor strength and decrease incontinence convinced me to look further.
I decided to take a chance on this new approach to incontinence and was not disappointed by what I observed over the years to come. My patients were clearly getting better after seeing Jennifer...."

Is frequent urination a sign of an STD in MEN?
my guy friend had sex with some skank so I told him he needs to get tested and asked if he had any symtpoms of an STD and he said just frequent urination... I told him I dont know but regardless he needs to get tested anyway... but is this a sign of an std?
Prostatitis and frequent urination?
I got of medication for prostatitis this past Tuesday. Ever since I was diagnosed two weeks ago I started drinking more water to help my body. Before I went to the doctor I just had the urge to go to the bathroom and now I actually have to go. I drink 60 70oz of water a day now and it seems like I'm going to the bathroom every hour to hour and a half. Is this normal? I don't know if the infection isn't fully cleared up yet or what's going on. I figure giving it another week before I check back with the doctor, but has this happened to anyone?
Vaginal odor and frequent urination?
No matter how much I shower, there is still this embarrassing foul odor. So I know it's not the discharge. It's been going on for over a week or two. I've also been feeling the need to use the restroom often. I have been stressed out a lot but I'm not sure if that's the reason. I hope it is and is nothing serious.
Can you have a uti without having frequent urination?
I had a UTI in November, and I had frequent urination then, I'm having the same symptoms as before minus frequent urination, and I'm just wondering if you can get it without having frequent urination, as I think it is a UTI again, as my symptoms seem to indicate nothing else.
How frequent are frequent urinations?
How frequent can frequent urinations be? Like, what's the time between a " frequent" urination and regular urinations. Like, how close together do they have to be in order to be called " frequent" ?
I have cramping, especially when lying down, pink, frequent urination?
I woke up with terrible pains around my lower abdomen and vaginal area. I have had frequent urination, even if there is very little urine there and I have noticed it is pink. It does not hurt to actually pee though. What could this be? An STI? Google only shows pregnancy symptoms, and I am sure it is not that
Lower abdominal pressure; nausea; frequent urination?
I am a 21yr old female. I take a 28day birth control pill generic version of Alesse and Synthroid. Since Feb 19th 2010, I have had a permanently queasy stomach. For the most part it is just a minor sensation of queasiness, however I do notice it at all times. Sometimes like when I'm hungry or full, I feel the need to vomit but I have not vomited. Also I have a weird pressure that is located across the front of my lower abdomen. It is between my hips, below my belly button, and above the mon pubis. It is a heavy pressure that does not go away. It is not painful, just very pressuring, sort of like the pressure of bloating before a period. On the morning of Feb 21st, I wiped myself after my morning pee and found three little gooey balls of blood, they reminded me of period blood. Since then, I have been feeling the need to urinate more often than usual. Another thing that has been happening since Feb 21st ...don't know if it's related or not...is TERRIBLE headaches They start at around 3 30pm and last until I finally fall asleep I have always been a headache person but these are the WORST. I slept ON an ice pack to dull the pain. Please help me figure out what is going on in my body I'm very frustrated about feeling so uncomfortable. P.S. The symptoms started 1.5 weeks after my last period...aka also 1.5 weeks before my next i have a dr's appt on fri for a vag culture from the bacterial vaginosis i was diagnosed with 4weeks ago. so i am going to bring it up then. i was just hoping someone could help me figure out whats wrong so i can prepare myself for the posibilities
What can cause frequent urination?
Usually for some reason I start to urinate frequently before I start my period but this has been going on for over a week and still no period. I am on birth control BUT I missed a pill like 3 weeks ago with the kind of birth control im on it says no back up method is needed for the following week I've been moody and crying alot and my stomach has been kinda upset like it gets right before I get my period but still no period. I'm not considered late until the 27th. What could it be? The chances of me being pregnant are very low but i guess its possible? Also, if it was a UTI wouldn't any kind of sexual contact make a uti flare up and be ten times worse?p.s I've done WebMD and they say its a uti but im pretty sure it isnt.10 points for a best answer. Thanks Ive been getting headaches off and on too idk if that helps at all lol

Frequent Urination and Stomach pain?
haven't had a period since late December or early January first week, I think . I've been experiencing frequent urination, no nausea though. I have been feelin a little more hungrier than usual. I've taken three pregnancy tests from the dollar store and they came out negative. Idk what could be wrong with me. I just recently found out that I have low grade precancerous cells. I was given the HPV & Depo shot back in Oct. My shot barely wore off at the end of January which is why I don't think I'm pregnant or was...Now I think I have HPV. Not for sure yet cause on March 4th I'm gonna get a colposcopy to find out exactly what I have. I'm 24 yrs old. I don't have multiple partners...just one who is the father of my two kids. Idk what's going on with me. I've also been experiencing pain below my rib cage. I've alreay have my gall bladder removed so it's not that. My urine is a bit cloudy though. I don't drink more than usual. In fact, I've tried to drink water cause I really don't ever drink any. What could be wrong....I've already made an appt to see a doctor but this pain i'm having i'm worried about. Especially because of what they told me. I also forgot to mention I have IBS D. It could be gas lol....but what do u guys think? Thanks
Frequent urination and sore throat?
This morning, after drinking a cup of coffee, I had to pee very badly. I figured it was just the coffee it is a diuretic, after all. However, I had to pee badly every hour after that, which is much more often than I normally have to pee, and it's almost midnight now and the hourly and sometimes half hourly peeing is still going on. There's no pain, so it seems unlikely that it could be a UTI. Also, I developed a sore throat today and am sniffling and sneezing and coughing a bit too could this be related?I've had some vaginal pain and excess discharge in the past week as well don't know if that could have to do with it.I looked up my symptoms sore throat, frequent urination, vaginal pain online and the only thing that came up in searches was gonorrhea I'm in a monogamous relationship with a trustworthy guy, though, so is there any way I could have gotten it?
