I just dont get how to do the kegal?

I know were the pc muscle is i just dont get the bit how to sqeeze i put my hand on the pc muscle i tensed i felt something would that be doing the keegal right .and another thing when you do the kegal can you feel anything when you tense because no one says anything if you can feel it move why you are doing it because i dont no if im working the pc muscle or not but when i do put my hand theire i can feel the muscle so is that a kegal ?

Two kinds..........one you simulate cutting off urination in the middle of midstream. You can also do this when you are urinating. Two; pretend there is a $100 in your butt and you are trying to keep someone from pulling out the bill. Regardless of which one you wish to do, or both ..... do one set of 15 laying down, one set of 15 sitting in a chair, and the last set of 15 standing up. Of course if you are taking a piss don't do it in bed. First thing in the morning is best. Do not do them all day long. Like any other muscle you can over work it and that makes it weaker.

To do a kegal just flex like you are trying to stop yourself from pissing, that's it.
