I can "pump " my PC muscle but i cant actually hold the "pump " in place. Any suggestions, and does it take time to build up to the holding stage?

As with all muscles, it takes time to build up the strength of the muscle. Keep at it, it will help.

I believe you can always hold it from the first time.. but the first time after 1-3 minutes you get a burning in the ass, meaning it is working then you feel like you cant hold it no more and it is like shivering :) that is working even more, then after you do that hold for like 5-10 a few time i would say 20 times... if you do this everyday yu will attain a strong PC muscle, you can feel it after a while ..contract the muscle and touch in the middle between ur ass and your ball you will feel the muscle hard.. at least I ma doing it and i can feel it.. then try to see if it works... while sex or masturbating when you are ready to cum contracvt the muscle like the way you practice and you won't come after you contract for like 20-30 second the muscle the cumming sensation will stop and maybe you feel like little sperm is leeking but it won't if you master it.. try first masturbating then in sex.. also it works easier while girls on top because you control it ur self but while you are moving it is harder since you are doing a lot of things at once.. everything is practice it works very well for pre mature ejaculators.. :) need help email me.
