Dont drink. Kidding! Have you tried cranberry Juice? It's good for the bladder. Even Keagal exercises can strengthen bladder muscles. :) Hope this helped. |

I completely understand. Not a fun thing to have. Stay away from Chocolate, Caffine, Tea, Coffee, Drinks with fake sweetener and drink cranberry juice when you can. Go to the Health Food Store, there are some herbal remedies that might help. Get some tempory travel insurance, then drive to Canada and go to the hospital claiming a bladder infection. |

Just drink a lot of canbery juice Kegel exercises: Regular, daily exercising of pelvic muscles can improve, and even prevent, urinary incontinence. This is particularly helpful for younger women. These exercises should be performed 30-80 times daily for at least eight weeks. |
